Connecting seamlessly to smartphones and ANT+ devices, the tactix® 7constantly tracks health data such as heart rate, stress, sleep and energy. It also provides a full breakdown of your activity including steps, floors climbed, calories and more.

The smartwatch includes built-in sports apps to help you master your activity, including running, biking, golf, swimming, strength training and other fitness modes like VO2 Max. It also comes with tactical capabilities such as flashlights, night vision and stealth mode.

Smartphone connectivity ensures you can stay across all of your notifications while on the move, as well as sync your data to the Garmin Connect™ app. With the tactix® 7 you’ll have access to multiple global navigation satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS and Galileo) to ensure you can track your activity in the most wild and off-the-beaten-track environments. Skiing and golf course maps come pre-loaded, while optional public land boundaries also help ensure you are venturing where you’re allowed to.
